Customer Reach Map is a WooCommerce extension that visualizes geographic information based on WooCommerce order data. It provides:

  • private maps and heatmaps for store administrators

  • optional public maps that display aggregated and anonymized customer locations

The Plugin is designed for visual insight and trust-building purposes and is not a real-time analytics or monitoring tool.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid WooCommerce installation and the legal authority to operate the website on which the Plugin is installed.

By using the Plugin, you confirm that you are responsible for compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. License and Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin on websites you own or manage, subject to the license terms of your purchase or beta access.

You may not:

  • resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Plugin

  • modify or reverse engineer the Plugin except where legally permitted

  • use the Plugin for unlawful purposes

4. Beta Access

If you are using a beta version of the Plugin:

  • Public maps display aggregated and anonymized geographic data only.

6. Performance & Availability

The Plugin processes data during background tasks or on-demand within the WordPress admin interface.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We are not responsible for conflicts caused by third-party plugins, themes, hosting environments, or custom modifications.

7. Support & Updates

Support and updates are provided according to the terms of your license or beta access.

We reserve the right to:

  • update or modify the Plugin

  • add, change, or remove features

  • discontinue the Plugin at any time

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
